HR Talent Acquisition Partner

Six-month fixed-term contract | Full-time, Monday to Friday | Bracknell HQ

Help build the teams behind some of the world’s biggest live events.

NEP brings live sports, entertainment and other major events to audiences around the world, combining specialist people, production expertise and technology. As our UK businesses grow and invest in their teams, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find the people who will make that growth possible.

This is a new role in a fast-paced environment, with a varied portfolio of vacancies spanning technical engineering, commercial and corporate support. You’ll own recruitment from the initial role brief through to offer, helping managers fill approved vacancies at pace and giving candidates a great experience of NEP.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, attract talent and make timely decisions.

  • Write engaging adverts and use direct sourcing, networks and social media to reach the right candidates.

  • Work with NEP’s European marketing and social media colleagues to raise the profile of UK opportunities.

  • Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment steps, with on-boarding support where needed.

  • Keep recruitment organised through our Clear Company requisition system and provide clear updates on progress.

  • Manage relationships with approved recruitment partners, using them selectively and securing good value within agreed budgets.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have proven in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience and be confident managing multiple vacancies at pace. You’ll be organised, proactive and a strong communicator, able to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, broadcast or media roles would be particularly valuable. A background in HR and experience supporting on-boarding are desirable. Prior experience of drafting offer paperwork and contracts would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

If you’re motivated by helping teams grow and enjoy seeing recruitment through from first conversation to successful hire, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply by Friday 13 November 2026 with your CV and contact information. We may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications, so please apply as soon as possible.
