Job Description

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist to work closely with the HR team and wider business to identify and help implement process improvements and optimisation initiatives, that will deliver on service excellence and S&W’s regulatory responsibilities.

We are an experienced team offering plenty of support and varied tasks within this role. We’re looking for a passionate individual looking to make their next move and contribute to our service excellence initiatives – it’s certainly a great time to join.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role to be based at our London office, with expected office attendance of 2 days per week minimum. Please ask your recruiter for more details.

 

As an HR Systems Specialist your responsibilities will include among others,

  • Utilising NetSuite, checking data, importing data and reporting
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT and Compliance, helping to resolve technology and data issues, testing as necessary
  • Identify and understand current HR business practices and make recommendations which improve efficiency, regulatory compliance and the collation of accurate employee information
  • Take a lead role on projects involving HR and work within the team to deliver the desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively and manage relationships with third-party suppliers, costing up new solutions and feeding this appropriately into the HR budget
  • Develop data maps and process flows which illustrate best practice and help inform the ownership of key tasks

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have,

  • Strong experience in NetSuite or equivalent resource planning platforms
  • Previous operations experience working with or within a Professional Services HR team
  • Knowledge/Awareness of GDPR requirements (SMCR beneficial)
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or similar HRIS)
  • Ability to work independently and at pace to deliver against personal and team targets
  • Ability to influence across a range of stakeholders across the business

Business Analysis Certification and/or CIPD Qualification or equivalent
