Responsibilities

As the HR Specialist – Europe, you will provide operational support to the Europe HR Business Partner team, helping to deliver consistent and effective HR services across the region.


You will coordinate core HR processes, maintain accurate employee data and documentation, and support employees and managers through key stages of the employee lifecycle. Working across multiple European countries and legal entities, this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Employment Documentation and HR Data

  • Manage the preparation and coordination of employment contracts, amendments, verifications, certificates, and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and process employee changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain employee data and documentation required for audits and internal, government, and regulatory reporting.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR processes, documentation, and systems, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.

Onboarding, Orientation and Probation Management

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to deliver a consistent and welcoming new-hire experience.
  • Guide employees and managers through required processes, systems, policies, and resources.
  • Manage probation tracking, reviews, outcomes, and related documentation.

Intern and Early-Career Programs

  • Coordinate internship and early-career programs across Europe, including communications, onboarding, program activities, and key milestones.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver a positive participant and manager experience and identify opportunities for program improvement.

HR Operations

  • Support recurring HR processes, projects, communications, and team priorities.
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence and other teams to support timely execution and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes across Europe.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:


  • 2 or more years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar HR role.
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or legal entities is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining employee data and documentation; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with European employment practices, data protection requirements, or government reporting processes is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
