Leads Hines’ global financial crime compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include developing policies, procedures, risk assessments, monitoring and quality assurance programs; tracking regulatory changes; identifying control weaknesses; overseeing remediation; driving continuous improvement; and providing technical leadership, coaching, and stakeholder influence across AML, sanctions, anti-bribery, and broader financial crime compliance activities.

Leads global financial crime compliance operations, including investor AML/KYC onboarding, ongoing monitoring, screening, high-risk investigations, regulatory reporting, vendor due diligence, process improvement, and team leadership. The role oversees Luxembourg investor activities, partners with the AIFM and transfer agent, manages operational performance, improves technology-enabled controls, and ensures compliance with AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery requirements.

Supports pan-European real estate fund management, including acquisitions, investment strategy, asset management workstreams, financial modeling, performance and liquidity analysis, investor reporting, and preparation of investor marketing materials. The role collaborates with investment, research, capital markets, country, and fund teams while supporting institutional investor communications.

Provides operational HR support across Europe, managing employment documentation, employee data in Workday, onboarding, probation tracking, intern and early-career programs, recurring HR processes, employee inquiries, audits, and regulatory reporting. Coordinates with HR business partners, centers of excellence, and stakeholders across multiple countries and legal entities while improving process consistency and handling confidential information.

Supports European commercial real estate investment management through investment underwriting, asset management, market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and evaluation of new business opportunities. The intern works with experienced real estate professionals, contributes to investment decisions, completes a capstone project, and presents findings to investment management leadership.

Supports investor relations for institutional, high-net-worth, and family office investors across EMEA. Responsibilities include investor onboarding, responding to inquiries, preparing communications and reports, maintaining the investor portal, and providing operational and analytical support. The role collaborates with investor marketing, finance, legal, compliance, fund management, and asset management teams to improve investor service, satisfaction, and retention.
