Provide commercially focused legal advice for European joint ventures and real estate investments. Structure, negotiate, and manage joint venture, shareholder, investment, governance, funding, and service agreements. Advise on transactions, amendments, disputes, and contractual risks; coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions; support investment committees; and serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.

Administers global compensation programs, audits HRIS data, analyzes compensation surveys and market trends, evaluates jobs and offers, and supports salary structures and incentive plans. Partners with HR and business leaders across Europe, maintains reporting data integrity, supports HR system integrations, educates stakeholders on compensation practices, and contributes to total rewards projects and process improvements.

Supports day-to-day management of a European real estate fund across investment evaluation, portfolio strategy, fund-level analysis, capital raising, investor reporting, governance, and strategic initiatives. The role analyzes underwriting, risk, returns, liquidity, capital allocation, and portfolio performance while coordinating cross-functional teams and investor communications.
