Two-year rotational program across investment management and real estate development. Responsibilities include financial modeling, investment underwriting, portfolio management, fund management, acquisition and feasibility analysis, market research, investor relations, capital markets, entitlement processes, and construction management. Participants receive mentorship, interact with senior leaders and real estate professionals, and may relocate between global offices based on business needs.

Develops product marketing strategies, investment theses, positioning, pitch books, presentations, and collateral for investment products and capital-raising initiatives. Partners with investment management, capital markets, investor marketing, and senior executives to support fundraising, investor engagement, product launches, and client pursuits. Translates complex investment concepts into compelling materials while managing multiple global, deadline-driven projects.

Manage the Real Estate Risk Committee governance cycle and support development of Hines’ enterprise risk capability. Responsibilities include coordinating risk reporting, escalation, remediation tracking, committee materials, dashboards, control assessments, and stakeholder follow-up. The role analyzes operational, third-party, resilience, and business-continuity risks; develops governance processes and templates; challenges risk submissions; and partners with senior leaders and specialist functions across Europe and globally.
