Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Project Manager to join our People Solutions team, responsible for delivering a portfolio of people initiatives spanning core HR programmes and large-scale, technology-enabled projects. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering a seamless, positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle by building strong HR foundations, simplifying and standardising people processes, and implementing scalable, compliant systems.

You will lead and support the end-to-end delivery of HR projects, including global technology implementations such as HR systems, digital tools, and process automation, alongside broader people, process, and change initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including HR, Technology, Legal, Finance, and external vendors—you will ensure projects are planned, governed, and executed effectively, delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.

Are you looking for an opportunity to add true value to a team?

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver HR and People projects end-to-end, including largescale, technology enabled and AI supported initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Own project governance and delivery, defining scope, milestones, risks, and success measures, and maintaining clear, actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated people, process, and technology solutions.
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive effective change, communication, training, and business adoption to ensure new systems, processes, and AI tools are successfully embedded.
  • Support HR technology implementations through requirements definition, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation review.
  • Proactively remove delivery blockers, escalating decisions where required to maintain momentum.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience through digital and AI enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering complex HR projects end-to-end in a global environment, with significant experience delivering HR technology implementation projects.
  • Previous experience of Oracle HCM and ServiceNow project delivery highly desirable.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Technically confident self-starter with a strong delivery mindset and passion for driving initiatives through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to and engaging senior audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong quality focus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), including document formatting and file management.
