JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Program Analyst who will bring organization, support and personality to our team! You will require the energy and desire to manage the rollout of multiple HR programs – including performance review process, employee survey and succession planning. You will also provide a full range of HR program support for a variety of HR operational activities for multiple global teams’ HR Business Partners. You will manage talent-related projects, end-to-end, by project planning and milestone tracking. You will support and cultivate the HR Business Partner community by applying tools across HRBP client groups, always identifying more efficient ways of working. This role can be remote, but must be available to work PST schedule. You will report to the HR Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBPs in the planning of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth project management and delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced cohesion within the HRBP group by analyzing processes, streamlining workflows, and promoting collaboration to lead efficiency and consistency.

  • Support offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and coordinating with partners to provide a seamless experience for exiting employees.

  • Be the main point of contact with the HR Solutions team for system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while assisting employees and partners with solutions or escalations.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards to track metrics and ensure data accuracy.

  • Conduct monthly headcount reconciliation reviews and share insights with client groups.

  • Create ad-hoc reports based on needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1+ years of experience, ideally on an HR Business Partner team.

  • Project management skills.

  • Expectation setting and judgment; especially when it comes to working directly with senior leaders.

  • Customer service orientation to dive into whatever needs to get done.

  • Experience with Workday functionality is a major plus.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $58,100- $91,900 per yearWe may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
