You’ll join a collaborative, forward‑thinking HR Operations function that’s passionate about delivering exceptional colleague experiences.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimising our core HR processes to improve efficiency, user experience, and compliance. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across HR, IT, and the wider business to lead continuous improvement initiatives and embed best practice across our operations.

  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Workday Solutions, Payroll, and IT to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and robust controls across HR systems and processes.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

You’ll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable navigating a complex organisation with multiple moving parts.

You will also -

  • Have strong organizational, analytical and critical‑thinking skills, using data to inform decisions.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently, simplifying complex processes for a wide range of audiences.
  • Be proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • Be a collaborative partner who can influence, guide, and inspire others
  • Be resilient, adaptable, and have a calm approach under pressure.
  • Ideally have experience working with Workday.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning.
