The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.
  • Confident advising operational managers at all levels and making sound, commercially focused decisions that balance business needs with employee wellbeing.
  • Strong hands-on employee relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.
  • Previous experience within a multi-site operational environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Strong communication, investigation and report-writing skills.
  • A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within food & beverage, hospitality, retail or FMCG environments would be highly advantageous.
  • This is a fully office-based role in Wolverhampton, working five days per week. Regular travel to UK sites will be required.

In return we are offering:

  • Competitive salary between £48,000 - £50,000 per annum based on experience.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
  • An opportunity to join a successful and growing UK franchise operator with a multi-site national presence.
  • Take ownership of a varied and complex employee relations caseload.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers across the business.
  • A broad HR role with exposure to employee relations, policy development and HR projects.

If you're an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and are ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
