Job description:

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to join our London office. This is a fast-paced role and the successful individual will play a key part in delivering first-class HR coordination for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments and administer assessment materials.
  • Assist the Chief Administrative Officer with meeting coordination.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to the continued development of the HR function.

Required qualities and skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR focused role, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
  • High level of work ethic.
