Als HR Business Partner trägst Du maßgeblich zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter HR-Maßnahmen bei, um die erfolgreiche Realisierung unserer weltweiten Unternehmensstrategie zu unterstützen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internationalen HR-Expert/innen und Führungskräften zusammen und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Organisation und Umsetzung aller relevanten HR-Aufgaben in Deinem Betreuungsbereich.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Beratung & Coaching: Unterstützung internationaler Führungskräfte bei Veränderungsprozessen und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Employee Experience
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung: Verantwortung für alle personalrelevanten Themen entlang des Employee Lifecycle (Eintritt bis Austritt)
  • Prozessentwicklung: Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung erfolgskritischer HR-Prozesse und Instrumente
  • Budgetplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung für das eigene Aufgabengebiet
  • Zusammenarbeit & Reporting: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kollegen aus HR Services & Admin, Recruiting sowie Compensation & Benefits und Erstellung von HR-Reports
  • Projektarbeit: Leitung und Mitwirkung in internen sowie standortübergreifenden Projekten und Arbeitskreisen inkl. internationaler Zusammenarbeit

Wonach wir suchen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftsrecht, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalpolitischen Themen sowie HR-Prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und Workday von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenverständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Diskretion und Serviceorientierung
