Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER).

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
  • Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
