This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in HR and Talent Acquisition, gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a growing, fast-paced SaaS organisation.
Working closely with our CPO, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition team, you’ll provide essential administrative support across both HR and recruitment, bringing previously outsourced activities in-house while helping us improve processes, systems, and automation across the business.

What we’re looking for
- Experience within an HR, People, or Recruitment administration role
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or ATS systems (BambooHR or JazzHR would be a plus)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a desire to improve processes
- Confident communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A CIPD qualification would be helpful but not essential.
