About the Role:
The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the people operations of a fast-paced business. This position focuses on the accurate, timely, and confidential administration of HR processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The role suits someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a precise, performance-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Issue probation letters and routine employment correspondence
- Respond to reference requests
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records
- Keep headcount and people data spreadsheets accurate and up to date
- Manage visa applications and renewals, liaising with immigration providers and tracking expiry dates
- Maintain compliant and organised HR files
- Update HRIS fields, including notice periods, contract changes and role updates
- Provide first-line HR support, escalating complex issues to Head of HR
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you will have some previous experience within an administrative role
- Degree educated, ideally within a related HR subject
