Searcys are looking for Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the Gray's Inn

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be  responsible for providing service excellence to our guests and clients on school lunch services and Hall Lunch services.

The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn is one of the four Inn's of Court. For more than six hundred years, Gray's Inn has been home to some extraordinary legal professionals, primarily acting as Barristers and High Court Judges. Job Description

Job Type: 0h hours Contract 

Day time mostly 10AM to 3PM

Monday to Friday 

Salary: £14.80 hourly 

Responsibilities:

  • Work on School lunch service and Hall Lunch service 
  •  Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event
  •  Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
  •  To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
  •  To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality.
  •  To work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
  •  To be able to use coffee machines
  •  Assist with deliveries as required
  •  Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager
  •  Ensuring that any linen hired, and equipment hired for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event.
