Job Description

**Responsibilities** As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional daily service at our restaurant, working 4 days a week, predominantly Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assist with the delivery of daily service at our restaurant, ensuring smooth operations throughout service periods

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide outstanding customer service - Support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow - Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices at all times
  • Attend to details in setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas - Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve challenges - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute solutions to operational challenges - Support the team in creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily restaurant operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry
  • You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
