Managing commercial, legal and SME teams to deliver the framework's objectives for identity services and develop the future commercial design to shape the next Framework agreement. Also, manage the engagement team responsible for external commercial stakeholder relationships.
Manage federation procurement activity/commercial model design
Manage contractual obligations of the Identity Providers
Engage with Public, Private, Arms Length Bodies to build a demand pipeline for Identity related services
Engage with Product Managers, Industry, HMG, legal, commercial specialists to procure functional and data related services
Act as the conduit between Identity Providers/product teams
Manage senior HMG stakeholders requirements from the programme (Ministers /Departmental senior civil servants)
Lead Identity Providers, developers of the federation, SMEs, SMT, BAs, lawyers, commercial specialists to develop future commercial model design, including attribute exchange and shaping of the next Framework agreement

- 4 years experience of managing large public sector agile projects
- Experience of procurement and commercial management to define and extend federated services
- Experience of Industry and HMG departmental engagement to drive service adoption
- At least 2 years experience of managing multiple lean/agile teams in the public sector
- Experience of managing non-development agile teams - including lawyers, commercial managers and Standards SMEs
- Experience of pipeline creation and implementation for services
- At least 3 years experience of delivering large commercial programmes in the public sector
