As Global Head of Talent, you’ll own the strategic direction, operational delivery, and long-term growth of our regional Talent Acquisition function. You’ll design and execute a go-to-market plan for talent acquisition and elevate our employer brand, and lead a team of TA Managers and Executive Recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll act as a strategic advisor to the business - building scalable hiring strategies, optimising delivery, and shaping the future of talent at Eucalyptus. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Talent and collaborate deeply with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to ensure our people strategy supports our global growth ambitions.
Talent Leadership and People Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, distributed global team, including three Talent Acquisition Managers and one to two Executive Recruiters, fostering accountability, trust, and growth at all levels
- Build a strong culture of development, coaching, and performance within the TA function, ensuring team members are empowered to deliver their best work across regions
- Partner with team leaders to maintain alignment, motivation, and capability across an international team spanning the UK, Germany, the Philippines, South Africa, Japan, and all countries in between
- Provide strategic oversight of the team’s output, balancing operational delivery with long-term capability building
Strategic Talent Acquisition and Operational Delivery
- Own and optimise the global tech stack for talent acquisition, ensuring tools and systems enable efficient, data-driven decision-making
- Develop and implement scalable, data-informed hiring strategies that balance quality, speed, and efficiency across functions and markets
- Partner closely with the VP of International Expansion, VP of Operations, and the broader senior leadership team, including the ELT, to align talent strategy with business priorities and workforce planning
- Lead multi-regional hiring initiatives, understanding local market nuances, legal requirements, and workforce expectations to ensure consistent and compliant hiring globally
Employer Brand, Candidate Experience, and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Design and execute a global go-to-market plan for talent acquisition, including employer branding initiatives, proactive pipeline development, and local market engagement
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience by driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology enablement across all regions
- Use insights and analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and optimise talent acquisition processes
Talent Solutions and Strategic Expansion
- Act as a strategic and operational problem solver for the TA function, helping the team address challenging roles, complex hiring needs, or expansion into new locations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enable smooth entry into new markets, ensuring local insights are captured and incorporated into hiring plans
- Support and motivate the team through change, maintaining engagement and alignment while ensuring talent acquisition priorities meet business goals
Collaboration with the People Leadership Team
- Work closely with peers across the global People team, including the Global Head of People Operations and Global Head of People Partnering, to drive alignment and create efficiencies in ways of working
- Actively contribute to the global leadership team, sharing insights, identifying opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless integration of talent initiatives across the organisation
- Experienced Talent leader with a proven track record in scaling high-growth, product-led, or tech-enabled organisations.
- Strong communicator and influencer - able to partner confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Data-informed and commercially minded, balancing operational rigour with strategic foresight.
- Experienced in leading and developing managers and senior recruiters, with a focus on coaching and empowerment.
- Deep understanding of hiring across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
