We are now looking for Head of Supply CU Japan. The position is part of the Group Supply MNEA (Market Area Northeast) leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MNEA.
As the Head of Supply CU Japan, you will lead the supply chain definition and execution to ensure we deliver in an optimized and best in class flow. Furthermore, you will ensure we are operating in a compliant manner in your CU (Customer Unit) and country of operation.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply organization based in Yokohama, Japan, fostering capability growth, collaboration, and a strong performance culture.
- Drive market leadership through premium supply capabilities, ensuring full adherence to the Ericsson Supply Model and operational excellence across your unit.
- Leverage demand sensing and shaping in close collaboration with Market Area and Customer Unit stakeholders to drive integrated planning and ensure delivery through real-time visibility of supply capabilities.
- Drive portfolio standardization to optimize and utilize volatility across Customer Units, improving predictability and efficiency.
- Secure the right supply Terms & Conditions ahead of upcoming customer negotiations and compelling events to enable competitive and resilient delivery commitments.
- Oversee OKRs and Scorecard performance, proactively identifying risks and initiating mitigation actions to ensure aligned delivery of unit objectives.
- Manage Business Continuity and comprehensive risk management, including financial exposure, across all supported Customer Units.

- Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

- A relevant academic background, and 10+ years of professional experience, predominantly in leadership roles.
