Job Description:
This role serves as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head and acts as a chief of staff for the regional leadership team. The role is responsible for driving team engagement, managing the leadership team's collaboration agenda, supporting leadership decision-making, and leading performance management and continuous improvement activities.
What are we looking for?
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial, Strategy, Supply Chain, or related business functions.
- Experience translating business or regional strategies into functional priorities and action plans.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and working across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading performance management, governance, or portfolio management activities.
- Strong communication skills, including development and delivery of executive-level presentations.
Preferred
- Experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Commercial organizations.
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) environment.
- Experience supporting regional or global leadership teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Strategic Alignment & Portfolio Management: Align commercial targets with business and category strategies to support leadership decisions. Manage the enterprise category, regional, or divisional project portfolio, facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure alignment with key objectives.
- Performance Management & Governance: Drive the performance drumbeat by leading performance versus plan reviews across all value pillars. Monitor progress, identify and escalate risks through the appropriate forums to ensure accountability.
- Capability & Continuous Improvement: Act as the capability owner for performance management, leading continuous improvement initiatives on the commercial performance roadmap to advance how the organization tracks and delivers value.
- Serve as the right hand to the Regional Commercial Head, driving team engagement and managing the collaboration agenda for the regional leadership team.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
