Help us build the future of real-time retail execution

At Neurolabs, we’re helping the world’s leading CPG brands unlock real-time visibility across the supply chain. Our Image Recognition technology is powered by synthetic data and digital twins, giving customers scalable, accurate insights — fast. No manual audits. No delays. No retraining. Just immediate visibility into what’s actually happening in-store.

We’ve built our platform to solve real field problems. From faster SKU onboarding to better promo execution, we work across teams to connect strategy with shelf reality. With easy integration and the fastest time to value in the category, we’re not just digitizing audits - we’re powering smarter, data-backed execution for global CPGs.

We’re looking for a Head of Sales to join our team and shape how Neurolabs wins with the world’s largest CPG brands. You’ll bring commercial sharpness, enterprise sales experience, and a drive to build something scalable from the ground up. This is a role for someone who loves competing in complex markets, thrives on closing high-value deals, and is ready to define how our sales function grows and succeeds together.

✨Why this role matters

Winning the world’s largest CPGs takes more than selling software — it takes a trusted partner who can build relationships at the highest levels, create repeatable ways of winning, and inspire a team to deliver against ambitious goals. You’ll shape how we grow the commercial function and set the standard for how we win with enterprise customers.

Your mission: build a high-performing sales engine that drives growth and long-term partnerships with the world’s biggest CPG brands.

🧠 What you'll do

Win and expand enterprise deals.

  • Own the strategy and execution to close multi-year contracts with global CPG brands.
  • Partner with the founders to open doors, shape deals, and build lasting senior relationships.

Design how we win.

  • Translate complex AI and computer vision technology into clear business value.
  • Create scalable pricing models, deal structures, and repeatable playbooks that drive consistency.

Build a sales engine that scales.

  • Hire, coach, and enable a high-performing team.
  • Embed strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead with ownership.

  • Own revenue operations, forecasting, and performance management end to end.
  • Set high standards for clarity, accountability, and results.

Represent Neurolabs on the global stage.

  • Act as an evangelist with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Shape Neurolabs’ commercial reputation through credibility, insight and execution.

Requirements

Experience & technical skills

  • Enterprise sales expertise. Over 7 years’ experience selling AI, Deep Tech, or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, ideally in Series A–B stage companies.
  • Proven commercial success. Strong record of closing and delivering high-value, multi-year contracts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from first contact to close.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset. Skilled in designing pricing models, deal structures, and sales forecasts, with experience building repeatable sales processes and accurate pipelines.
  • Market and customer insight. Deep understanding of enterprise sales within retail, CPG, or tech-led transformation, and experience operating across multiple regions (UK, EU, US).
  • Leadership and growth focus. Experienced in hiring, coaching, and scaling small, high-performing sales teams while continuing to deliver personal sales targets and drive go-to-market alignment.

How you work

  • Results-driven and ambitious. Competitive, driven, and focused on achieving ambitious targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Ownership and execution. Take initiative, move quickly, and balance strategic thinking with decisive delivery.
  • Customer influence. Build clarity, credibility, and persistence into every interaction, creating long-term, trusted enterprise partnerships.
  • Collaborative mindset. Work closely with founders, product, and marketing to shape and execute commercial growth.
  • Curious and growth-oriented. Continuously refine how we sell, position value, and win in the market.

Benefits
  • Open salary structure - This role offers a competitive base salary of up to £150,000 per year.
  • Celebrate our victories together - We’re on an ambitious path and when we succeed, it’s a collective win. You’ll be offered equity share options, allowing you to partake in the value you help build.
  • Hybrid-first approach - We decide together what balance works best between home and our vibrant London office near King’s Cross. As we build an enterprise-driven sales culture, we’re looking for someone who can spend 3 days a week in the office to collaborate closely with the team to drive a winning culture.
  • A culture of inclusivity - We thrive when we’re authentic with one another, fostering an environment filled with kindness, openness and trust where every voice matters and everyone feels like a vital part of our journey.
  • Time off that suits you - Enjoy a generous 25 days of annual leave along with bank holidays to unwind and recharge.
  • Company retreats - Each year, we take a step back to reflect and reconnect, enjoying some well-deserved social time together.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance - You’ll receive AXA private medical coverage that prioritises both your physical and mental health, including dental, optical and travel insurance.

Please note: We are not accepting unsolicited CVs or candidate introductions from recruitment agencies. Any profiles submitted without prior agreement will be considered the property of Neurolabs, and no fees will be payable.
