Dojo from the get-go

First launch was back in 2009. So with over 15 years in the payments industry, we’ve got a story to tell.

Dojo is built to soothe customer and consumer pain points across the world for over 140,000 customers.

And today, there’s over 1000 of us in multiple locations across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.

Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy by creating the tools and tech that turn transactions into meaningful relationships.

We do that through sophisticated EPOS payments integrations, fast transactions, hospitality bookings, and a strong consumer restaurant app.

The role…

As the Head of Revenue Enablement, you will lead the development and execution of revenue enablement strategies for Dojo’s internal sales and partnerships teams, our payment consultants as well as our partners. You will drive revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed, while also partnering with marketing and product teams to align efforts and improve the customer journey. This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract and based in the Dojo headquarters in London.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Design and deliver impactful and engaging enablement programs, including onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain a repository of high-quality sales content, collateral, and training materials including presentations, proposals, case studies, and other resources that can be easily accessed by the different GTM teams.
  • Lead product enablement efforts, training GTM teams on how to integrate new features, products, and services into their sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor news, industry trends and company strategy to inform and enhance training content, ensuring the sales teams and partners are well-equipped to address customer needs and objections.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technology platforms (e.g., sales content management systems, training platforms).
  • Establish and manage a metrics framework to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams, partners and stakeholders, and use that feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and processes.
  • Manage a high performing team of Revenue Enablement Partners focused on delivering impactful training and enablement solutions from a portfolio of enablement programs.

What you will bring...

  • A proven track record of building and leading successful Revenue Enablement teams, with a minimum of 10 years of experience driving impactful enablement strategies in similar high-growth environments
  • Experience in leading onboarding and enablement for internal GTM teams and external partners
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques, including sales prospecting and value based selling
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver compelling training content to internal and external audiences
  • Strong process and program management skills
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools that enhance sales performance and productivity
  • A data driven approach to clearly articulate meaningful, actionable insights through analytics to drive decision making
  • Prior experience in sales preferred

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
