Lead our pricing strategy to maintain and grow revenue while increasing our customer numbers.

Implement leading-edge practices in regression analysis and machine learning to keep our function industry-leading.
Manage insurer commissions and customer fee strategies to ensure we maintain fair value and meet our contractual obligations.
Upskill colleagues across the business to self-serve on simpler analytics tasks, increasing overall organisational efficiency.
Academically grounded with a degree in a highly numerate discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
A technical expert in price optimisation, regression analysis, and the practical application of machine learning.
A commercial leader who can apply complex analytical techniques to the specific economic needs of an online business.
Comfortable handling complex data and ambiguity to identify key insights and implement solutions quickly.
An excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain English to senior stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing outcomes at board level.
This role may be subject to FCA regulations, which we'll determine during the hiring process. If it is regulated, there will be specific responsibilities under FCA regulations, including enhanced checks and referencing. We'll explain everything in more detail as part of the hiring process.
