Head of Partner Growth |📍London – Hybrid (1–2 days) | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits

About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-led Head of Partner Growth to lead the partner-led growth engine across Buyagift, Red Letter Days, and third-party channels.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering YoY growth, improving intake margin, and building a stronger, more giftable range across our partner portfolio. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Category Management, Account Management, and Partner Acquisition, and build a more structured, commercially rigorous operating model for partner performance.
You’ll evolve an already strong, relationship-led team into a clearer growth engine with stronger segmentation, forecasting, performance management, and partner planning. You will translate commercial targets into practical partner actions, improve accountability across the portfolio, and ensure activity turns into measurable financial outcomes.

This role is not just about managing relationships or negotiating deals. It is about building a disciplined partner growth engine that drives revenue, margin and long-term partner performance through Peak and beyond.

Key Responsibilites:

    Partner Growth & Commercial Performance

    • Deliver YoY growth from the partner base across all categories, including GMV, revenue and contribution
    • Own intake margin performance, including commercial terms, funding and mix optimisation
    • Translate commercial targets into clear partner plans and actions, with strong follow-through on delivery
    • Build and execute partner growth plans by segment and category, with a focus on scalable performance
    • Segmentation, Strategy & Planning

      • Define and implement partner segmentation and coverage models across strategic, growth and long-tail partners
      • Translate category strategy into clear partner priorities, growth plans and range actions
      • Establish weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting and performance cadences
      • Use data to identify risks early, close gaps quickly and keep performance visible across the portfolio
      • Partner Development & Engagement

        • Lead joint business planning with priority partners, including Peak plans, exclusives, funding and proposition development
        • Drive partner engagement and long-term performance across the portfolio
        • Maintain a high bar on partner standards, governance and delivery in collaboration with Partner Operations
        • Step in directly where needed to unlock material growth or resolve performance issues
        • Range & Category Growth

          • Own the development of a stronger, more compelling range across categories, balancing quality, depth and customer appeal
          • Set range architecture and gap-closure plans to improve proposition, giftability and customer confidence
          • Work with partners to develop differentiated experiences that stand out in the market
          • Own the strategy and development of digital vouchers, multi-choice decision vouchers and retail boxes to support growth in third-party channels
          • New Partner Pipeline

            • Lead the new partner pipeline across priority categories, ensuring strong volume, quality and incrementality
            • Define target partner lists, segmentation rules, quality thresholds and conversion expectations
            • Oversee conversion through to contract signing, with a clear handover into onboarding
            • Ensure the pipeline is disciplined, well-prioritised and aligned to category growth opportunities
            • Team Leadership

              • Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary partnerships team
              • Set clear priorities, ways of working and a high-performance team culture built on pace and accountability
              • Build capability across account planning, negotiation, forecasting, commercial judgement and performance management
              • Cross-functional Collaboration

                • Collaborate closely with Trade, Marketing, Product & Tech, Onboarding, Finance, Customer and Operations
                • Influence product, tooling and workflow improvements that enable scalable partner growth
                • Ensure partner performance is connected to customer outcomes, commercial performance and operational execution

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering measurable YoY growth and improved intake margin from the partner base
  • Building a more structured, forecast-led partner operating model
  • Growing a stronger, more giftable range across core categories and third-party channels
  • Improving pipeline quality and conversion, with better focus on priority partner opportunities
  • Raising partner standards and reducing avoidable partner-related customer issues
