  • Partner with Analytics and Research teams to evolve attribution, incrementality and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews, translating insights into actions that improve future planning, creative effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Present regular marketing performance updates to the UK Leadership Team and Group CMO.
  • Own campaign workflows, briefing processes, approval frameworks and operating rhythms that support effective campaign delivery.
  • Drive collaboration across internal marketing functions and external agency partners.
  • Maintain and evolve the Moonpig Marketing Playbook, defining how major campaigns and peak trading moments are planned and executed.
  • Manage marketing planning, reporting, project management and performance tools to support operational excellence across the function.

About you:

  • Significant experience in marketing strategy, operations, planning or performance focused roles.
  • Proven success operating within a multi-channel marketing or ecommerce environment.
  • Strong commerciality with experience managing budgets, forecasting and Marketing investment decisions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building and improving reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance measurement approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience creating efficient processes, operating models and ways of working that improve team effectiveness.
