We design, implement, and operate connected cloud environments that underpin modern workplaces and business‑critical services, combining strong technical foundations with operational discipline to help customers transform with confidence.

About the role

We're looking for a commercially focused marketing leader to drive growth across our Connected Cloud practice. Reporting to the CMO and sitting within the marketing leadership team, you'll own the Connected Cloud marketing strategy, budget, campaigns, and pipeline performance.

Your focus will be generating qualified pipeline, delivering measurable results, and building strong relationships with sales, solutions, and strategic partners including Microsoft, TD Synnex and Juniper.

Working closely with the Connected Cloud MD, Sales Director and Chief Solutions Officer, you'll ensure marketing supports business growth across key sectors including retail, professional services, legal and public sector.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Pipeline

  • Own the Connected Cloud marketing plan, budget and pipeline targets.
  • Deliver lead generation, opportunity creation and pipeline growth.
  • Manage a rolling campaign plan, continually measuring and optimising performance.
  • Make investment decisions based on commercial outcomes and ROI.

Campaigns & Proposition Marketing

  • Take networking, cloud, managed services and AI-enabled workplace propositions to market.
  • Deliver both demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Brief and collaborate with central marketing teams across content, design, digital, PR and events.
  • Use data and insight to refine messaging and improve results.

Alliances & Partner Marketing

  • Lead marketing relationships with Microsoft, TD Synnex, Juniper and other partners.
  • Secure and manage MDF and co-funded marketing activity.
  • Build campaigns that strengthen the Kerv brand while maximising partner investment.

Sales Alignment & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales to define lead management, attribution and reporting standards.
  • Use Dynamics 365 and marketing data to demonstrate pipeline contribution.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline and partner funding.

About You

Essential

  • Proven success building B2B pipeline within technology services, managed services or the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Experience owning marketing targets, budgets and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong alliance and partner marketing experience, including MDF management.
  • Solid understanding of cloud, networking, managed services and modern workplace technologies.
  • Experience delivering demand generation and ABM programmes.
  • Strong CRM, reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to travel and attend the London office at least one day per week.

Desirable

  • Experience marketing to public sector organisations.
  • Knowledge of retail, legal or professional services sectors.
  • Experience with Microsoft partner programmes, Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
  • Previous team leadership experience.

Why Join Us?

This is a high-impact leadership role with clear accountability for Connected Cloud marketing performance. You'll have ownership of budget, strategy and results, access to specialist marketing resources, and the opportunity to shape a growing practice while directly influencing business growth.
