The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing Communications, you'll lead a newly established function responsible for shaping how Sitetracker tells its story in the market. You'll own the strategy that connects content, corporate communications, PR, and demand generation—ensuring our message is clear, credible, differentiated, and consistently reaches the audiences that matter.

This is an opportunity to build rather than inherit. You'll have the scope and scale to define how Marketing Communications operates at Sitetracker, partnering closely with Product Marketing and Demand Generation while establishing our content strategy and strengthening our presence with customers, sellers, media, and the broader market. The strongest performers will bring high accountability to outcomes and won't simply produce content—they'll ensure it gets used, reaches the right audiences, and drives meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

You'll establish and lead Sitetracker's end-to-end Marketing Communications strategy, bringing dedicated ownership to a function that was previously distributed across Product Marketing and other areas of Marketing. You'll define how our stories move from messaging pillars into compelling content across written, visual, video, and other formats, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

You'll own corporate communications and PR, building relationships with relevant media and developing outreach programs that strengthen Sitetracker's credibility and authority in the market. You'll ensure our external narrative consistently reflects our value proposition and speaks directly to the challenges facing our ideal customers, while supporting executive communications and reputation management.

You'll partner closely with Demand Generation to ensure content doesn't stop at creation. You'll help determine how content is distributed across the website, SEO/GEO, paid channels, social, community, and other programs, bringing Marketing Communications directly into the pipeline-generation workflow. You'll establish ways to measure what content is resonating, where it's being used, and how it contributes to broader marketing and growth objectives.

Ultimately, you'll create a Marketing Communications function that gives Sitetracker a stronger and more consistent voice in the marketplace. Success after your first year means having a clear content strategy in place, active PR outreach programs, and a compelling market narrative that communicates specifically and credibly why Sitetracker matters to the customers we serve.

  • Build a clear understanding of Sitetracker's customers, ICPs, value proposition, messaging pillars, existing content, and current communications channels while identifying the biggest opportunities to strengthen our market story.

  • Establish strong operating relationships with Product Marketing and Demand Generation and define how Marketing Communications will partner with each function from messaging and content creation through distribution.

  • Assess current PR, content, and communications efforts and establish the priorities, processes, and success measures for the new Marketing Communications function.

Within 180 Days, You'll

  • Launch and begin executing a cohesive content strategy that turns Sitetracker's core messaging into differentiated, audience-specific content across multiple formats and channels.

  • Establish an active PR and corporate communications program, strengthening relevant media relationships and creating a consistent approach to executive and external communications.

  • Demonstrate that Sitetracker's content is not only being produced, but reaching the right audiences, supporting sellers and growth programs, and strengthening the company's credibility and market leadership.
