Within 60 days, you will become Sitetracker certified and begin establishing your pipeline. Within 180 days, you will execute the Sitetracker sales process and engage with customers and prospects. Within 365 days, you will have met sales goals and delivered against targets.
Looking for a native/fluent German speaking Customer Success Manager to work with customers at all stages of the customer journey, demonstrate Sitetracker's value, and ensure customer retention and growth. Responsibilities include onboarding, user adoption, customer advocacy, and more. Must have professional working level efficiency in German, experience in a SaaS company, and ability to work with mid-tier customers.
