With a footprint spanning over 100 international markets, over 85 brands, and backed by Bain Capital, we’re on an ambitious path to double in size over the next five years. Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of IT Workplace to join VFG OneIT – a newly structured, global IT team driving transformation across our business. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and lead a world-class IT Workplace function from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our IT strategy, enhancing end-user experience, and ensuring we have a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment as we scale.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the global IT Workplace domain: Oversee all end-user hardware, client builds, collaboration software (M365), and miscellaneous software. You’ll ensure consistency, efficiency, and security across all Valeo divisions.

  • Building and managing a high-performing team: Develop and lead a global team of IT Workplace specialists, ensuring they deliver best-in-class support and continuously improve end-user enablement.

  • Driving standardisation and simplification: Create a global hardware basket and a unified M365 environment. You’ll streamline software distribution, ensuring efficient packaging and deployment of applications across the organisation.

  • Implementing a single AD/EntraID environment: Consolidate and optimise Active Directory and EntraID to create a secure, scalable, and standardised platform for all users.

  • Enhancing end-user efficiency: Introduce enablement programs and self-service tools that empower employees to work smarter, backed by robust IT support and clear communication strategies.

  • Ensuring security and stability: Collaborate with the OneIT Security team to proactively secure workplace assets, mitigate risks, and respond effectively to security incidents.

  • Driving continuous improvement: Keep Valeo’s workplace technology at the cutting edge by staying ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Any Valeo site within UK or Ireland (Hybrid)

Qualifications

If you’re an experienced IT Workplace leader with a strong background in Microsoft client, M365, Intune, and software packaging and distribution, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.
