  • Establish IT onboarding/offboarding workflows that guarantee day-one readiness for new hires worldwide.
4. Device Fleet Management (MDM)
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Red Badger's endpoint fleet (laptops and mobile devices), including procurement, deployment, patch management, security policy enforcement, and eco-friendly disposal via MDM tools.

  • Lead, gain, and maintain key industry certifications, including Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring data retention policies are in place and align to current legislation.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and access reviews across all systems.
  • Create, update, and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery procedures.
6. Global Growth & Team Leadership
  • Support business growth in regional hubs (Leeds, Cape Town, Australia & New Zealand) by defining local IT setups and travelling on-site during initial rollouts or expansions.
  • Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing distributed IT support team as headcount grows in regional hubs.
