We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of International Employee Relations to join our People, Engagement & Impact team. This role is located in London or Manchester

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Leads the international employee relations strategy, ensuring globally consistent and locally compliant approaches to conduct, grievance, workplace concerns, and case management.
• Partners with senior leaders, People, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to resolve complex employee matters and support sound, balanced business decisions.
• Identifies emerging ER risks and trends across markets and translates them into proactive interventions, governance insights, and leadership actions.
• Drives consistency, and efficiency in ER processes, investigations, and documentation standards across jurisdictions.
• Builds organizational capability by strengthening manager effectiveness and developing a high-performing international ER team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Law degree preferred        
• Sufficient years of People experience or strategic work
• Strong judgment and credibility to complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee matters.
