At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. 

We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. 

The role:

The mission of the Head of Growth Marketing is to drive our e-commerce revenue initiatives and grow our business. You will be responsible for e-commerce revenue, customer acquisition and retention. 

We are looking for somebody to join our London office. The kind of person who will excel in this role has strong quantitative and problem solving skills, good intuition when it comes to merchandising, and a proven ability to effectively lead a team.

What our Head of Growth Marketing will do:

  • Manage existing online marketing channels and build out new acquisition channels. Channels include social media marketing, email, and influencer marketing
  • Oversee ad creation and optimization
  • Oversee our website as well as conversion rate optimization
  • Manage budget allocation across marketing channels
  • Build and manage daily reporting on revenue, CAC, LTV, cost per channel
  • Conduct customer insights interviews and surveys
  • Manage new growth initiatives
  • Manage a team that will support on all of the above

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidates have 3+ years working in rigorous roles in management consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments

  • You have fluent English

  • You have excellent analytical skills 
  • You have a genuine interest in women's fashion and keep up to date on latest trends 
  • You have strong problem solving skills and good judgment/common sense 
  • You are hands-on and have a "can-do" attitude

  • You have empathy and are able to work well with others, and manage a team effectively
  • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture

We do not require previous experience in growth marketing for this role. We are looking for smart people who are eager to learn. We'll train you! :)
