At Redpin, we simplify life’s most important payments. Buying a property overseas is one of the biggest moments in life — but moving large sums of money internationally can be stressful and complex. Through our trusted Currencies Direct and TorFX brands, we’ve been helping people move money for over 25 years. With new investment and a bold vision, we’re building a new generation of digital products and embedded payment solutions that make international property and business payments seamless. We’re transitioning from a traditional horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company — and we’re calling this transformation Redpin 2.0.

Now, we’re seeking a Head of Sales (Enterprise & Strategic Accounts) based in London to help lead this next chapter of growth.

About the Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll own the B2B/ enterprise go-to-market strategy, managing a small but high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and partnering closely with the VP of B2B Sales, Marketing and Account Management leadership to execute the Sales campaigns across the core verticals we are looking after.

You’ll define, execute, and continuously refine our sales strategy for large-scale B2B and embedded payment solutions — driving growth across the real estate and adjacent verticals (e.g., payroll providers, accountants, large corporates). You will also be heavily involved in new Geo launches over the next 18 months (UAE, LATAM & more). This is a pivotal role in Redpin’s evolution, combining hands-on enterprise selling with strategic leadership to build and scale a revenue engine capable of taking early-stage products to market successfully.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Sales team, managing performance, coaching, and career progression of Account Executives.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level deals (c. £250k+ annual revenue opportunities).
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives adoption of Redpin’s embedded international payments solutions across target verticals.
  • Partner with the Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and successful implementations.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance to ensure accuracy and predictability of revenue.
  • Personally lead on selecting strategic accounts and partnerships, setting the standard for enterprise engagement and execution.
  • Implement sales best practices and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC), ensuring a consistent and data-driven approach to qualification, discovery, and closing.
  • Work closely with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead-generation strategies and messaging for the enterprise segment.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into product roadmap and go-to-market planning.
  • Foster a collaborative sales culture that celebrates curiosity, integrity, and accountability.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven leadership experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • A strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech sales, ideally with experience in API-led payment solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling early-stage or new market propositions.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
  • A consistent track record of overachieving revenue targets at both individual and team levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance execution with long-term planning.
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 Bonus Points
  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or international payments.
  • Familiarity with embedded finance or API integration sales motions.
  • Knowledge of international real estate markets or global payment ecosystems.
  • Experience implementing or working with MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to play a defining role in building Redpin’s enterprise business from the ground up. You’ll shape our sales strategy, lead a talented team, and be part of a fast-moving, mission-driven company simplifying how people and businesses move money globally.
