Join us as a Head of Digital Marketing

What you’ll do

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be accountable for the business area’s digital vision, translating it into actionable marketing strategies that drive significant transformational business growth. You’ll play a key role in accelerating digital growth, increasing online visibility and expanding the customer base through innovative, high-impact online marketing campaigns.

You’ll also own digital revenue and commercial outcomes, aligning our activities with business area changes while securing appropriate allocation and management of budget and resources. You’ll turn ambition into outcomes, accelerating digital performance across Private Banking and Wealth Management.

You’ll also focus on:

  • Identifying growth opportunities by leveraging emerging digital channels, industry trends and business goals

  • Taking full ownership of relevant websites and the Adobe Campaign email platform

  • Implementing and maintaining governance, security, mandatory fixes and training on systems and processes

  • Driving the MarTech agenda and promoting adoption of core marketing technology tools to improve performance across all digital channels

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key third‑party agencies and providers

  • Leading, developing and line‑managing a professional, capable and engaged team to meet the needs of the business and our customers

The skills you'll need

Our bank creates value by delivering digital journeys that meet PBWM customer needs with clarity, consistency and impact. You’ll be an experienced senior digital marketeer with a deep understanding of Wealth customer needs and products. You’ll also have the expertise to design multi‑channel digital strategies that drive commercial and revenue growth.

You’ll have advanced knowledge of MarTech platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud across Campaign, Analytics and AEM tagging. You’ll bring the governance, security and optimisation experience needed to keep our digital estate safe and effective. You’ll also have strong leadership capability, building and developing high‑performing digital teams that deliver consistently high standards.

You’ll also bring:

  • The ability to translate complex data, funnels and performance metrics into clear commercial insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • High‑level stakeholder and executive influence skills, able to navigate competing priorities and align senior leaders

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk requirements, including FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR and PECR, and how they shape digital content, targeting and measurement

  • Experience managing strategic agency and partner relationships, securing high‑quality delivery
