As the data domain specialist, you will partner with IT, data platform, product engineering, GTM Stakeholders ,analytics teams and data scientists to support multiple programs.

- 15+ years of experience in building and scaling data teams with a focus on data strategy, infrastructure planning, architecture, and data products
- 10+ years of experience leading data engineering teams, experience managing managers of managers, and experience scaling organizations with over 20+ engineers across geographies
- 10+ Years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions for product teams
- Product sense with an understanding of product drivers and of how to guide value using data across the organization
- Demonstrated experience developing influential relationships and trust with senior leaders across different departments
- Prior experience partnering with Analytics , Data Science, Engineering and Product Management teams.
- Prior Experience in Martech (tools and tech) and Sales tech.
- Have led as Subject matter expert across Marketing, Sales and Tech domains, partnering and effectively translating stakeholders needs into data products that enables data driven decision making.
- Experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs
- Experience implementing DevOps best practices within the data platform, including solutions for CI/CD, data observability, monitoring, and lineage
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and Redash
- A graduate degree in Computer Science or a similar subject area
It's great but not required if you have:
- Experience working for SAAS companies
- Experience with Machine Learning
- Committed code to open source projects
