Job Description
This role has complete accountability for delivering the sales and market share results for Kraft Heinz portfolio through the Woolworths account. Working cross functionally you will create the account strategy and execute across all categories. You will lead, coach and develop a team of 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set medium to long term account plans in line with the businesses strategy, category drivers and market opportunity/insights
- Manage Woolworths accounts team in line with individual and category sales plan; achieve sales, profit, volume, share and NPD KPIs
- Work with team members of continuously improving forecast accuracy at category level and total trade spend management across the total Woolworths Supermarkets business.
- Manage stakeholders across the business and key customers including maximising the opportunities for account/category reviews and top-to-tops.
- Have total decision making responsibility for the Woolworths Account on all matters including sales forecasting, overall investment and relationship management.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
- Experienced in managing a complex customer portfolio in competitive categories
- FMCG account management background in innovation led categories
- Tier 1 training complemented by small company agility
- High degree of commercial and business acumen
- Analytical capability
- Proven ability to negotiate and build long term relationships
- Passion for sales
