Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Change Management to lead our transformation initiatives and financial and internal operations strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of organizational changes and robust financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support organizational goals and transformation projects.

Lead and oversee key change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts, assess readiness, and mitigate risks.

Design and deliver change communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization.
