Job Description

We are seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager with a strong focus on program management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. This role will spearhead the mapping and alignment of activities across our three core business lines, ensuring efficient processes and optimal resource utilization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Mapping and Program Management:

  • Lead the comprehensive mapping of activities across business lines, overseeing the implementation of transformational programs.

  • Develop and manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Budget Oversight:

  • Drive the development and management of budgets for transformational initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget adherence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with transformation goals.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns throughout the transformation process.

Change Management and Integration:

  • Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate seamless integration of activities across business lines.

  • Drive communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to transformational initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics to derive insights for informed decision-making, optimizing program performance and resource allocation.

  • Regularly assess program effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on business transformation initiatives.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs, including budget oversight and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, monitoring, and variance analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
