About the team and the role:
The eBay Fashion team in London plays a pivotal role in shaping how millions of people buy and sell fashion on our marketplace. Sitting at the heart of our UK business, the team leads category strategy, commercial growth and buyer experience across pre-loved and new-in fashion – from streetwear and sneakers to luxury and designer.

  • Drive sustainable growth by identifying and prioritising high-impact opportunities across performance, customer experience, and market positioning

  • Own category performance, including GMV, share growth, CSAT and other key metrics, taking decisive action to improve outcomes

  • Translate data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable strategies and execution plans

  • Develop and lead the seller and inventory strategy, ensuring a strong, relevant, and differentiated assortment

  • Build and manage senior relationships with key sellers and partners to influence commercial outcomes

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver key initiatives, ensuring alignment and removing blockers to maintain pace

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a commercial leadership role within a marketplace, retail, or fashion environment

  • Track record of defining and delivering strategy at scale

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including working with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and drive action

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Interest in fashion, resale, and changing customer behaviours
