We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. **This role can be based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our London and Loughborough offices**

About you:

You care about how brands show up in the world and the difference that makes to real customers. You enjoy shaping clear, confident brands and helping teams bring them to life every day. You’re comfortable thinking big, but you also like getting close to the work to make sure it’s done well.

You like working across a mix of products and people, and you’re at your best when you’re building alignment and momentum. You understand small businesses and what it takes to earn their trust, and you’re motivated by seeing brand work contribute to real commercial results. At Access, you’ll have the space to influence how our Small Business Division grows and how our brands are experienced globally.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Set the brand direction across the Small Business Division product portfolio, shaping positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity for each product brand, while ensuring alignment with the wider Access Group brand.
  • Lead brand integration for newly acquired products, creating a clear and repeatable framework that brings new brands into Access smoothly and thoughtfully, while ensuring alignment with the wider Access Group brand strategy and brand team.
  • Own the social media strategy, guiding what we say, where we show up and how we engage small business audiences in a meaningful way.
  • Work closely with content and product teams to make sure our brand story is consistent, clear and compelling across every channel.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in brand marketing within software or technology businesses, ideally across multiple products or brands.
  • Experience leading brand integration during mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on clarity and customer confidence.
  • Confidence leading and developing a small team, setting clear priorities and quality standards.
  • A strong sense of commercial impact, with the ability to link brand activity to awareness, trust and pipeline outcomes.
