About the Role
We are looking for a Hard Goods / Industrial Designer who will be responsible for the complete craft: structural design, seam/weld construction & integrity, material & finish selection, print specs (size, placement, technique), drop/transit validation, and the full open/reuse customer experience. You will work on the 3D industrial design of hard goods (shakers, bottles, boxes) and size-ratio implementation for launch.
What you will do:
Design functional and visually strong packaging concepts, including structural/dieline solutions
Prepare production-ready packaging files and coordinate print production, finishes, and material selection
Develop packaging constructions including seam & seal solutions (heat / ultrasonic welding)
Create 3D packaging concepts and prototypes using CAD/design tools
Contribute to sustainable packaging and premium unboxing/customer experience initiatives
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in 3D product and industrial design
Proven ability to take products from concept through prototyping, technical development and manufacturing
Good understanding of materials, construction methods, tooling and production limitations
Experience collaborating with suppliers, engineers and manufacturers
