Job Description
Core Responsibilities • Lead and direct multiple complex projects or a single high-profile project with a focus on long-term success and profitability • Mentor project directors and managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-quality project outcomes • Oversee the delivery of a group of construction projects, managing resources across multiple sites and ensuring alignment with business objectives • Lead efforts to secure new business, develop proposals, and engage in contract negotiations to expand the LEGO Group's portfolio • Provide the executive management with strategic reports on project performance, risks, and opportunities• Subject to International Position Evaluation by Global Rewards • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills • Proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams • Independently handling conflicts in negotiation • Manage large projects or processes independently • Work independently, recognized subject matter expert, able to lead others, tasks are independently identified and definedApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
