At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us.
We are looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll directly support internal Dscout teams by owning and improving the configuration of Salesforce, automating information flows, and building scalable solutions that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll lead the entire project cycle, from scoping initial pain points and requirements through implementing solutions and training teams on new workflows.
As a combination of process owner, analyst, and internal solutions consultant, you will have a chance to help inform strategic decisions. You’ll be a key player in helping a quickly growing company automate and update their internal workflows and systems, and you’ll bring a modern, AI-informed approach to how you do it. You are an incredible communicator and a genuine, creative problem-solver. If this sounds like you, apply today!
- Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams. Build scalable automation solutions that eliminate manual work and keep GTM processes running efficiently.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools (e.g. Gong, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Cognism, etc.).
- Manage and maintain AI-powered integrations in the GTM ecosystem, partnering with our AI enablement team to implement, troubleshoot, and evolve these tools as our AI footprint grows.
- Drive the active migration from Salesforce CPQ to our new CPQ tool and serve as its long-term administrator, covering quoting workflows, product catalog management, and pricing rules.
- Document and organize information related to data structures, relationships, definitions, and processes.
- Plan and conduct internal training sessions related to Salesforce and reporting best practices.
What you need to have (we can call them Desired Skills and Background):
- 4+ years of Salesforce administrator / developer experience required.
- Salesforce Administration / Advanced Administration certification required (additional, advanced certifications preferred).
- Hands-on CPQ experience required; Salesforce CPQ or equivalent experience with tools like Vendori, DealHub, or similar is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and database structures, including the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience partnering with departments and leadership to scope requirements and see projects through to completion.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools (including Claude CoWork) and integrations in a Salesforce context; experience configuring or maintaining AI features within the platform is a plus; willingness to partner closely with an internal AI enablement team is a must.
- Excited about the opportunities and challenges that live within the ambiguity of our work
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting between priorities across departments
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Passion for expanding and improving the user experience and efficiency of Salesforce within a growing company.
We do our best to write realistic, accurate job descriptions, but we also recognize that great talent comes in many forms and from many backgrounds. Not sure if you meet all of the above bullets? Please apply anyway!
Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations; however, business needs and other projects and tasks may shift, and additional tasks could be assigned at the discretion of your manager.
- A strong and competitive compensation package with a built-in bonus and equity program.
- An incredible and progressive benefits package (for both you and your dependents) to support work/life balance, including flexible PTO, 15 company holidays, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, 401k match, and much more.
- An education stipend to support your growth & development, and a remote work stipend.
- A company that is open and transparent with our team. You will know what is happening and why it matters.
Location Flexibility: Dscout is proud to support a remote-first workforce and enable employees to work from almost anywhere. At this time, however, we are unable to hire in the following locations: Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington DC.
