We are looking for a GTM Senior Analyst

Target total compensation ranges from $178,000 - $200,000, including a fixed annual salary of $148,000 - $170,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

We’re seeking a data-driven, consultative and impact-oriented Strategic Analytics Lead to join our Key Accounts team. You are an extension of the client team and will work closely with our largest performance advertisers and ecommerce partners to deliver data insights that guide strategic decisions. You analyze and interpret performance data, identify optimization strategies, review long term trends, understand customer behavior, and much more, to provide actionable data insights. You own the outcome to help deliver the best results for our clients. 

About the role: 

  • Client Strategy & Optimization: Provide strategic guidance directly to clients by conducting independent, proactive and comprehensive data analysis using various languages and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau), identifying areas for improvement, and executing clear, actionable recommendations to improve ad performance and transactional success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance and transactional data to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance client KPIs and contribute to client growth.
  • Effective Time & Priority Management: Proactively manage your time and prioritize projects based on the business impact and client outcomes.
  • Independent Problem-Solving: Work autonomously to unlock significant value for clients, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in delivering insights that drive measurable outcomes. Be inquisitive and curious about the client, the problems they face and how we can use data to solve them. 
  • Industry Expertise: Develop expertise in specific industry verticals you work in, becoming a trusted partner to clients and internal teams for insights, strategies, and best practices within those sectors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) to enhance the client experience and drive performance by applying insights across products, tools, and analytics.
  • Relationship Building & Presentation: Build strong relationships with client analysts and stakeholders by presenting insights effectively, ensuring clarity and fostering collaborative decision-making, and actively engaging in client-facing interactions to understand client needs and drive impactful solutions.

Requirements

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, performance advertising, or ecommerce consulting.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ecommerce funnels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses and build productive client relationships.
