We are looking for a Client Success Intern
Compensation: $25/hour
As a Client Success & Account Management Intern, you will support the team in optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and assisting with client strategy to drive performance. You’ll collaborate with sales and account managers to understand client goals, help prepare reports and presentations, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign management, client relationships, and strategic planning within the eCommerce ad tech space.
About the role:
- Learn the functionality of the Rokt platform and assist in analyzing campaign data to help optimize performance and support client KPIs.
- Support the sales and client success teams in understanding client marketing goals and identifying relevant Rokt solutions for various businesses.
- Assist in coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide research and administrative support to help develop client strategies and recommendations that enhance campaign performance.
- Assist in account planning and client relationship management by tracking key action items and client needs.
- Help prepare marketing reports and client presentations with guidance from cross-functional teams.
- Shadow account managers to gain insights into building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.
- Assist in tracking monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts and maintaining account documentation.
Requirements
About you:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in account management and client success within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and prospects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify trends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales outreach platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
