At AppsFlyer, we believe the difference between good and great is often found through marginal gains. We're looking for a GTM Operations Specialist to identify, design, and run the experiments that move the needle on ARR — one controlled test at a time.

About the Role

This is an analytical, change-driving role sitting within our EMEA GTM Ops team. You'll work directly with the Director of GTM Ops, EMEA to build a clear picture of how our current GTM processes translate into revenue outcomes — and then systematically find and prove where we can do better. Open to candidates based in the UK or Israel.

What You'll Do

- Support the Sales teams by efficiently handling revenue operations responsibilities in order to help commercial transactions move smoothly from negotiation to close.
- Manage core deal flow and approvals — change requests, deal consolidations — resolving tickets within SLA, and for data integrity (ARR Bridge) and pipeline hygiene
- Review our current EMEA GTM processes end-to-end in alignment with the global teams and model how they connect to ARR outcomes — built through interviews with Sales, CS, SDR, and       Partner functions and extensive data analysis
- Identify incremental improvement opportunities and design controlled experiments to test them
- Drive each experiment from hypothesis to result: define success metrics, partner with the relevant function, run the MVP, analyze outcomes
- Own AI ROI analysis for the region: build cost-benefit analysis for existing AI use cases and help build agents that create real, measurable value
- Design and drive specific projects (TAM expansion, TAM coverage, Pre-Pipeline Measurement, etc) contributing to New Logo attainment in alignment with the GTM Ops Global
- Analyze the performance of different functions contributing to Pipeline generation — identifying what could be scaled based on potential and how these changes can be implemented
- Build and maintain a Market Insights engine — a structured information-gathering loop across customer- and partner-facing teams — to capture market signals and feed them into strategy
- Work with data analysts to develop models and dashboards that track experiment impact and process health
- Present findings and recommendations to EMEA GTM leadership with a clear commercial angle

What You Have

- 3+ years in a strategy, business analysis, GTM operations, or consulting role — ideally with exposure to SaaS revenue models

- Genuinely data-driven: comfortable building models reflecting the reality, working with analysts, and translating numbers into a story

- Strong project management skills — you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls

- Excellent stakeholder management: you know how to get buy-in for new ideas from people who didn't ask for them

- Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action — you don't wait for perfect information

Bonus Points

- Experience running A/B tests or structured experiments in a business context

- Background in strategy building and/ or business intelligence

- Familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates

Why Join Us?

You'll have direct exposure to EMEA GTM leadership and the ability to shape how one of the world's leading measurement platforms scales its revenue engine. This is a role for someone who wants to see their ideas actually implemented — not just presented.
