The summary above was generated by AI

Build the systems that directly shape how revenue is created, scaled, and accelerated across a modern, data-driven GTM engine.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role where engineering meets commercial strategy. You will be at the centre of how pipeline is generated and converted, designing intelligent, signal-driven systems that directly impact revenue outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, including the CMO, you will move beyond traditional operations roles and instead define how GTM execution is structured, automated, and scaled. This is a chance to build infrastructure that is not only used, but depended on to drive measurable commercial performance in a fast-evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities as a GTM Engineer will include:
  • Designing and building the end-to-end signal-driven GTM system across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, and Profound
  • Developing scalable workflows that connect data, enrichment, intent signals, and outbound execution into a unified GTM engine
  • Translating intent, firmographic, and engagement signals into targeted GTM plays that drive pipeline creation and expansion
  • Owning pipeline generation infrastructure, ensuring prospects, accounts, and expansion opportunities are effectively identified, scored, routed, and converted
  • Running structured experiments across outbound and lifecycle motions, using insights to continuously optimise performance
  • Establishing governance, documentation, and operating standards to ensure repeatability, scalability, and consistency across GTM systems
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a GTM Engineer:
  • You have 8+ years of experience in GTM systems roles such as Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes. Hands-on experience building in Clay is highly valued and may compensate for fewer years of experience.
  • You bring a systems-thinking mindset and can design and connect complex workflows across multiple GTM platforms rather than managing tools in isolation
  • You have strong hands-on experience with core GTM technologies, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, with exposure to tools such as Clay and Salesloft considered a strong advantage
  • You have a proven ability to build and ship scalable systems that deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, or conversion performance
  • You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and have experience influencing cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps in a matrixed organisation
