The Role

As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You'll Do
  • In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
  • Being a Growth Senior Analyst at Fever means working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.
  • Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
  • Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events
  • Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills
  • Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
  • Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
  • Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
Who You Are
  • You have a bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in a business analytics role.
  • A high level of English is required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
  • Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
  • Generate high business impact based on your decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
  • Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
  • Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
