About the Role
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other relevant channels
- Identify and engage target accounts and key decision-makers
- Generate interest and create new opportunities through consistent outbound activity
- Actively represent Como across social media and professional platforms
- Share updates, insights, and relevant content to increase brand awareness
- Engage with prospects, customers, and industry communities
- Support campaigns, events, and launches through social engagement
- Capture leads accurately in the CRM
- Ensure clean and timely handover to the sales team
- Maintain high-quality data and activity tracking
- Experience in an SDR, BDR, growth, or outbound-focused role
- Confidence engaging prospects through cold outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using LinkedIn and other social platforms professionally
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience supporting marketing or demand-generation initiatives
