About the Role

We are looking for a Growth SDR to help expand Como’s presence in the market, generate new opportunities, and increase awareness of what we do.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, building relationships, and creating momentum through smart engagement across multiple channels. You will play a key role in bringing new opportunities into the business and making Como more visible across our ecosystem.
What You’ll DoOutbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other relevant channels
  • Identify and engage target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Generate interest and create new opportunities through consistent outbound activity
Market Activation & Brand Visibility
  • Actively represent Como across social media and professional platforms
  • Share updates, insights, and relevant content to increase brand awareness
  • Engage with prospects, customers, and industry communities
  • Support campaigns, events, and launches through social engagement
Lead Handover & CRM Management
  • Capture leads accurately in the CRM
  • Ensure clean and timely handover to the sales team
  • Maintain high-quality data and activity tracking
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in an SDR, BDR, growth, or outbound-focused role
  • Confidence engaging prospects through cold outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using LinkedIn and other social platforms professionally
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience supporting marketing or demand-generation initiatives
