The Role

We are looking for a driven and digitally savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK/EMEA team and play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth across Sales and Marketing. Sitting at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, you’ll be the vital link between marketing activity and sales execution, turning market engagement into qualified opportunities that fuel the sales pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, confident, and motivated by results. You’ll blend data-driven insight with creativity and authentic relationship building to spark meaningful conversations with prospects across the insurance and Insurtech space.

This is a UK-based role, with an expectation to be in our London office two days per week for collaboration, team sessions, and training.

  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales team to book and prepare high-quality discovery calls that convert into meaningful opportunities.
  • Track, analyse, and report on weekly and quarterly performance metrics, using insights to continuously refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to co-create targeted, creative campaigns that align with go-to-market themes and generate engagement across key segments (MGAs, carriers, and brokers).
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with prospects by being consultative, curious, and genuinely interested in solving their challenges.
  • Adhere to INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines and best practices to protect our company and our clients.
  • Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company.
